Statusbond provides a Canva app that shows authorized real estate listings and lets you add a listing photo to a design. This policy covers that app and the pages on statusbond.com.
Canva identity
When you open the app, Canva gives Statusbond a signed-in identity for the app: a Canva user identifier and the app identifier. We use them to recognize your account and decide which listings you may see. We do not receive your Canva password.
Connecting a brokerage
Connecting is optional. If you connect, you enter the professional email your brokerage has on file. Statusbond emails a one-time code through Resend. The code is stored only as a hash, expires in ten minutes, and works once. A successful check links your Canva identity to that brokerage member record so you can stay connected.
Listing information
For a connected member, the app requests listing and photo data from the brokerage’s authorized feed when you browse or add a photo. Statusbond does not keep a copy of that listing database. A photo you add is uploaded into your Canva design and then kept by Canva as part of the design.
Sample listings are fictional and labeled as samples. They are not brokerage property.
This website
These pages are static. They do not ask you to create an account. If you email greg@statusbond.com, we receive what you send and use it to reply.
Who processes this
- Netlify hosts the app’s service and this website.
- Neon Postgres stores account records, including the Canva link, the member record, and hashed verification codes.
- Resend delivers the verification email.
- Canva stores the designs you create, including photos you add.
Netlify and Neon also keep the operational logs and database records needed to run the service. We do not use those records to build a listing archive.
What we don’t do
We do not sell personal information. We do not use listing data or account records for advertising.
Removing access
Email greg@statusbond.com to ask us to disconnect a Canva account. Disconnecting stops future listing access. It does not remove a photo already placed in a Canva design.
