Statusbond is a Canva app for browsing real estate listings and adding a listing photo to a design. Your use of Canva is also covered by Canva’s terms.

The app

You can open Statusbond in Canva and try sample listings without connecting a brokerage. Sample listings are fictional, labeled as samples, and are not brokerage property.

A connected account can see the listings that the brokerage has authorized for the professional email on file. Details, status, open houses, and photos come from that feed when you request them. They may be incomplete or out of date. Statusbond does not guarantee them.

Photos

When you add a photo, it is placed into your Canva design. You are responsible for having the right to use that photo in the design you make.

Acceptable use

Use the app for your own work. Do not try to reach another brokerage’s listings, share a verification code, or collect listing data in bulk.

The service

We may change, suspend, or withdraw the app or this website. These terms cover the public website and the Canva app.
